In Japan, where competition in the tourism industry is extremely fierce, some popular tourist destinations have begun operating as "Independent Special Tourism Zones".

HAMA Ward 18, which used to be one of the leaders in the Special Tourist Zone space, has fallen into disrepair without a trace of its former glory.

The protagonist, an individual who loves HAMA -- the place they were born and raised -- gets involved with a childhood friend and ends up struggling to build the tourism industry back up.

Experience events just a bit out of the ordinary, with a burning passion for hospitality. Your partners on this journey are the heads of the tourist wards, who have emotional baggage they can't share with anyone.
